Q: HOW QUICKLY CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: Our typical processing time is 2-5 days before shipping. Depending on the shipping time you select you can expect your item from 3 - 14 days from order placement.
Q: WHAT IS THE SMALLEST NUMBER OF ITEMS I CAN ORDER?
A: There is no minimum order quantity.
Q: ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS?
A: Yes! As you increase your quantities in our designer tool your per item price will decrease!
Q: I CAN’T CREATE THE ARTWORK I WANT. CAN I HIRE AN ARTIST?
A: Yes! We have in house graphic artists that can assist for a fee.
Q: I WANT A PARTICULAR ITEM AND I DON’T SEE IT. CAN YOU ADD IT?
A: Yes! We have access to thousands of blank products. Feel free to contact us and we will assist.
Q: CAN I UPLOAD ANY IMAGE I WANT FOR PRINTING?
A: We reserve the right to reject images that may be considered hate speech, overtly racist in nature, or infringing on any intellectual property or copyright.
Q: WHAT KIND OF PRINTING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
A: We print on most textiles and household goods. Our primary decoration methods are: Screen Printing (Silk Screening), Direct to Garment, Sublimation, Embroidery, Large Format, UV Printing, and Engraving.
Q: CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
A: Yes. Orders can be picked up in the SF Bay Area(Pacheco, CA)
Q: DO YOU DROPSHIP AND/OR OFFER WHOLESALE/CONTRACT PRICING?
A: We can dropship and offer wholesale/contract pricing for recurring clients. We also offer a 3PL Service. Please contact us for more information.
